Position Title: Distribution Executive
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Department: Distribution
Reports to: Distribution Manager Poland
The Distribution Executive will be developing and executing, in conjunction with Distribution Manager, the Commercial Strategy and Policy for Discovery portfolio in Poland, helping to deliver the core KPIs of reach and ratings growth. Also he/she will be responsible for developing, implementing and tracking clear ROI measurement criteria and will dedicate most of time actively building relationships and making/closing small deals.
We are looking for a person Sales knowledge and experience in multinational (Pan-European) business and experience in managing customer relationships in the Media Industry. The advantage will be a Marketing degree and a very good Project/Program Management experience within a large organization. Also we are looking for an out of the box thinking with strong analytical skills personality who has advanced English Language skills. He/She should be able to work in a matrixed environment and demonstrate results to multiple stakeholders and deliver effective sales communications that show positive ROI.

Manage Clients

• Leads negotiations and closes the smaller deals within remit and supports the Distribution Manager on medium or larger deals

• Keeps up with a fast moving and maturing market, aware of consolidations
• Works collaboratively with the internal functions that contribute to developing proposals
• Shares market/client information internally to help the development of future deals
• Follows internal processes and systems to fully execute deals: completes pre-deal analysis, notification, communication and feedback, and completes high quality paperwork and reports. This is of significant importance due to the large number of clients the Distribution Executive works with
